San Telmo park marks the northern end of Calle Triana and is one of the transport hubs of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria: beside it is the San Telmo bus station, where the intercity routes to the rest of the island depart. It is a common arrival point for anyone continuing their journey by bus, staying in Triana or meeting someone in the centre. The park still has its Modernist kiosk and the San Telmo chapel, and the pedestrian shopping area starts here.

Getting to San Telmo park from the airport
San Telmo is next to the Avenida Marítima and is one of the first exits as you enter the city from the airport. There is a lot of bus movement around the station: we'll agree a specific stopping point, on the park side or the station side, depending on where you're going next.
How to arrange your transfer from LPA
- 1Message me on WhatsApp with the date, flight number, arrival time and how many of you there are. I'll confirm whether I'm available: airport pick-ups are limited, so it's best to book in advance.
- 2On the day of your flight I track the actual landing time. If the flight is delayed, I don't charge for the waiting caused by the delay; if you ask, I'll wait for you in arrivals with a sign with your name on it.
- 3We set off along the GC-1 towards Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and I drop you at the stopping point we've agreed. You pay on arrival by card, Bizum or cash.
Return to Gran Canaria Airport
For the journey back, tell me your flight time and we'll arrange the pick-up at San Telmo park and bus station with enough time for check-in; the drive to LPA takes around 25 minutes without traffic. You can ask about both journeys in the same message.
